Lately God has being showing me (Luis) that he wants me to trust him more and more in more areas of my life. Whatever I’m going through is no more than a growing opportunity. Fact: He is in control of everything, all creation, every living creature and my whole life. Application: Everything works together for my own good (Romans 8:28). He is trying to make me understand how to see through the tribulations and to focus on the blessing behind it, instead of hating the situation, because it hurts. He is teaching me to love the prize that comes after it. Rather then complaining about what is going on, I am accepting things as they are and seeking his face in the midst of it. I try to keep this thought in my mind: ” It is not tribulation, but it is a trial. It is not just purposeless suffering or the repercussions of the global situation in my insignificant life, but it is a complex group of moments, feelings, situations and people placed in the exact moment at HIS perfect time as it was planned by Him for my good before i was born.” I may not understand it, but I know He does. I may not see His plan behind it, but I am sure it is there. I may feel like my world is coming to an end, but I am certain He will be there.
