Energetic Campers. A camp tucked in the mountains. Cold (really!) Pool Water. Rock Climbing. Singing. Dominoes. Foosball. S’mores (i.e., toasted marshmellow+chocolate+graham wafer sandwich!). Bible Teaching. Cabin Time. Yummy Food. Treasure Hunts…..even treasure seeking Pirates! Campamento2009 is well underway with all these elements and the campers are having a grrrrreat (in a Pirate-esque tone) time!
Here are some photos from Day 1 (Friday, 13). Thank you for praying for all the campers, the counselors and support staff. It is a joy to see the kids having so much fun and hear them sing (at the top of their lungs) praises to God!
