For the past ten years T.E.A.R.S. has been changing barrios one family at a time. We penetrate neighborhoods with the transformational power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We build relationships and offer guidance, hope and the freedom that comes with a new life in Christ. We do this by living with the people identifying their needs and strengths.
Over the years we have had faithful partners who stood with us in reaching the impoverished. They have funded education and helped families with physical, spiritual and emotional needs.
If you or your church has participated on a short term team then you know our hearts and effectiveness of changing one barrio at a time. We have heard testimonies of how you have grown closer to God. Now is an opportunity for your to join our T.E.A.M. and help us continue the work of impacting people with the Gospel.
